Welcome to the FASST Plan and I am so happy you are here with us. My name is Dr. Carol Bridges and I am a practicing family physician in Montana. Have you ever wondered why you don’t have energy? Why you keep gaining weight? Why you just don’t feel good? I have had those questions asked of me by my patients for over 20 years, and for the last 6 years I have come up with an answer. . . diet. By educating patients on the right foods to eat, they have been able to overcome medical issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, gut issues and fatigue. 

The FASST Plan is the product of years of research and experience treating patients with real food and watching them reverse disease, feel better, sleep better, think better, and yes. . . lose weight. The FASST Plan is your path to the healthiest you possible. We created the FASST Plan and the FASST Course, so other people will have the opportunity to experience the same amazing results our patients have. 

What Should You Eat?

That’s easy.  Eat real food!  Lots of leafy greens, non-starchy vegetables and healthy protein and fat.  We don’t need to put a label on it.  We don’t have to be 100% anything, be it paleo or vegan.  We just need to be mindful of what we eat.  At FASST we call that  “Eating with Intention.” That means…. make it matter. Meet The Team

Carol Bridges is a family practice physician and has been practicing medicine in Missoula, MT for over 20 years. Her passion for nutrition and using food as prevention and treatment of disease stemmed from her early years as a physician. She has focused primarily on reversing and preventing chronic disease through up-to-date nutrition practices. She has been able to help patients with fatigue, chronic pain, high blood pressure, diabetes, GERD, brain fog, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, bloating and weight gain – just to name a few. In 2015 she partnered with Certified Health Coach, Alicia Smith. Together they started a 5- week live nutrition bootcamp that has helped hundreds of people make the necessary dietary changes to optimize their health. The FASST Plan is the result of extensive research and experience successfully treating patients through nutrition and watching them transform their health.
