Each muffin has about 11 grams of carbs.
3 cups blanched almond flour
¼ tsp sea salt
1 ½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp avocado oil
3 large eggs
2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
1 ½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease cupcake pan

Combine all dry ingredients.
Then add wet ingredients and thoroughly mix
Add mashed bananas and mix thoroughly
Fold in blueberries

Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan
Fill cups to 3/4 full. Makes 10 cupcakes
Bake cupcakes 25-30 minutes until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let muffins cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes then gently remove them from pan and complete cooling on a rack.
